This is a list of the softwares you can use with the machines available at Fablab Digiscope.

1 – EPILOG LASER CUTTER MINI 24″ (40 Watts) and Vinyl Cutter KNK MAXX AIR. | VECTOR FILES ONLY |
The laser cutter only processes vector files made with:
1 - Corel Draw (win)
2 - Inkscape (Ubuntu/Mac/Win)
3 - Adobe Illustrator (Mac/Win)
4 - Make The Cut (Mac/Win)

2 – 3D Printer MAKERBOT REPLICATOR 2 and Milling machine MODELA MDX40A. | .STL |
The files extensions you need for 3D printable objects are .STL or .OBJ files. They can be made with:
1 - 123D Design (Mac/Win/Online)
2 - OpenScad (Debian/Ubuntu/Kubuntu/Mac/Win)
3 - Blender (Ubuntu/Mac/Win)
4 - Freecad (Ubuntu/Mac/Fedora/Win)
5 - Inventors (win)
6 - Solidworks (win)
8 - Tinkercad (Mac/Win)
9 - 3DSMAX (Win)
10 - Rhino (Win/Mac-beta)
11 - Cinema 4D (Mac/Win)
12 - Antimony (the 3D software from the future)

3 – To check and repair 3D files
We always make an analysis and a repair before 3D printing an object:1 - Netfabb Basic (Linux/Mac/Win)

4 – To draw electronic circuits and to document them
1 - Fritzing (Linux/Mac/Win)
2 - Eagle (Linux/Mac/Win)

5 – To convert a .STL file into a G-Code file for the Makerbot Replicator 2
1 - Cura for the incredible Ultimakers 2 (Ubuntu/Mac/Win)
2 - MakerWare for makerbot (Ubuntu/Mac/Fedora/Win)
