This page will always be a work in progress. Here is an example of highly portable-radical-imperative documentation for the use of our laser-cutter.
Tutorial for laser-cutter (laser-cutting like demining / Blind laser-cutting.
Sotware action chain.

0 - Your are in the Fablab Digiscope. 
1 - Locate the machine-room.
2 - Go to the machine room.
3 - Locate the Epilog laser-cutter (it's written on it).
4 - Position yourself in front of the laser-cutter.
5 - Locate the Windows computer on the right side of the laser-cutter.
6 - Locate a chair in front of the Windows computer.
7 - Seat on the chair in front of the computer.
8 - Locate the computer.
9 - Locate the computer's mouse.
10 - Locate the computer's keyboard.
11 - Locate the computer's screen.
12 - Open the graphic design software Corel Draw X6 (vectors only). 
13 - Draw your design in Corel Draw. Or import a file you made into Corel Draw (usb only).
14 - To laser-cut drawings, you need black hairlines and no color.
15 - To raster/engrave designs, you need "none" lines and red color.

Hardware action chain

01 - You are back in front of the laser-cutter. 
02 - Locate the laser-cutter's switch button, on the left side of the laser cutter.
03 - Push the switch button "on".
04 - Locate the table underneath the laser-cutter. 
05 - Underneath the table, you see a fume extractor. 
06 - Locate the green switch button on the fume-extractor (front side). 
07 - Switch the green switch button "on".
08 - Locate a small compressor on the floor, on the left side of the fume-extractor.
09 - Locate the black button (left side).
10 - Push the black button "on".

11 - Put ear protections on your head to protect your ears.
12 - Locate the laser-cutter window's handle.
13 - Grab the handle.
14 - Open the laser-cutter's window.
15 - Put your wood or acrylics sheet inside the laser-cutter, against the rulers.

16 - Look at the laser-cutter's display.
17 - Around the display, you see a group of buttons/commands.
18 - Locate button 9 (Laser Pointer).
19 - Press button 9.
20 - Now you see a red dot coming from the laser head on your material.
21 - Locate button 8 (x/y off).
22 - Press button 8.
23 - On the display you see "X/Y Off? GO/STOP".
24 - Locate the green "GO" button (on the right on the display).
25 - Press the green "GO" button.
26 - On the display you see "X/Y Disabled"
27 - Motors are now disabled.
28 - Look inside the laser.
29 - Locate the X and Y axis arms.
30 - Move the axis arms manually.
31 - Place the red dot on the up-left corner of your sheet of material.
32 - Locate button 7 (set origin). It's on the right on the display.
33 - Press button 7.
34 - Now your origin is set.
35 - X and Y axis are now engaged. You can't move them manually anymore.
36 - Close the laser-cutter's window.
37 - Now You go back to the computer.
38 - You go back to the Corel Draw window.
39 - Hit ctrl+p.
40 - A dialog box opens with many tabs.
41 - Locate the Preferences button (on the right).
42 - Click on the Preferences button.
43 - A new dialog box opens.
44 - Locate the DPI parameters (left side).
45 - Select the value of DPI you want between 75 and 1200 DPI (resolution of the cut).
46 - Locate the Job Type parameters. 
47 - You can vector-cut, raster-engrave, or vector-cut+raster-engrave at the same time.
